Yes, we have often been booked during November’s NAAW dates in presenting workshops to the students and evening workshops for community members designed to meet the goals with fun, entertaining and informative activities.
NAAW is November 19-25, 2017 and this year we are connecting with NAAW’s theme, “Small Actions Make a Big Difference”, to encourage participants to live addiction-free and responsibly.
In addition to this year’s workshops is information on Fentanyl abuse which is complementing or usual focus on drug and alcohol prevention and the underlying factors of this behaviour. The use of multimedia techniques aids in getting a strong message across in a comfortable learning environment.
To get a price quote, contact Dorothy at our office. 403-376-2000. All quotes include travel as well as sound and lights. For this reason, quotes may vary slightly between communities.
Victor tours with a complete sound, lights, projection. If you have a screen in your gym, he will likely use that. We ask for 2 tables and four chairs for the workshop set up and seating for your participants. Usually, the young students sit on the floor and seating is provided for others.
School Workshops are intended to be about 70 to 90 minutes long but are flexible to fit into a school schedule.

The above are suggested times that can be changed to accommodate the exact school timetable.
Set up and workshops must be in the school gym or Hall since we tour with a full sound a light set-up.
It takes about 1 hour to set up so we will need full access to the gym, with no other activities, for 1 hour before the first workshop.
We use a lot of film projection in our presentation so the gym must be able to be darkened in advance. (i.e. Windows covered)
We need 3 tables and 4 chairs available in the gym when we arrive for our set-up.
You must supply chaperons/security for any evening events
